Elevo keeps up to date with the latest advances and now offers the use of artificial intelligence to facilitate the creation of skills matrices.
🪄 Who can generates a matrix using AI?Two requirements must be met:
- The AI module must have been subscribed to and activated (if this is not the case, please contact your Customer Service or Elevo Support (support@elevo.io),
- The user must have the necessary rights to create templates (learn more about this: Managing administrator rights: roles and permissions).
The generation of matrices is done in Skills & Career > Matrices & Skills by clicking on the button on the right of the screen "Generate a matrix with Elevo AI".
It will then be necessary to fill in the following elements in the modal window:
- Title of the skills matrix: it must be explicit because it is on this data that the AI is based,
- Names of the desired levels,
- Business sector: in order to provide context and clarify expectations,
- Whether or not the matrix should include soft skills,
- Whether or not the matrix should include management-related skills,
- The desired language (the proposed languages will be those activated in your space).
Then click on "Generate the skills matrix" and let the magic happen ✨
💡 Note: Depending on the matrix and its size, a few minutes will be required to generate it. The matrix will not be published; you will have to publish it manually. As a reminder, the list of matrices is sorted alphabetically.
