Import a training catalog

This article is intended for administrators.

It is now possible to import a training catalog directly into Elevo.

This enriches the content available during interviews conducted on Elevo and thus facilitates the adoption and adherence to the tool. It will be visible to all users.

  1. Retrieve the spreadsheet template (Excel, Google Sheet),
  2. Fill out the document by following the instructions below regarding the format of each data,
  3. Forward it to Elevo Support (support@elevo.io).

💡 Note: If a catalogue is already present on Elevo, the import will add the training courses afterwards. There is no possibility of updating existing data, only adding.

📐 Rules related to data format

The rules for each data are detailed directly in the import template (available above) at line 4. It is crucial to respect them in order to avoid back and forth between you and our Support at the time of import.
