Elevo offers Admins a choice of two password policies.
As a user, you will know what policy is in place when you set your password. Indeed, the rules will be displayed if your password does not respect them (see screenshots below).
👩🏽✈️ Standard password policy
It is set up by default on all the spaces. There is only one rule: the password must be at least 12 characters long.
🦹🏼♂️ Strong password policy
It is set up on request only.
It is composed of several rules that add up. The password must therefore contain at least 3 of these 4 rules:
- contain at least one capital letter,
- contain at least one lower case letter,
- contain at least one number,
- contain at least one special character among : - [ ! ñ # $ % & '( ) * + , - ./ : ; < = > ?@ [ ] ^ _ `{ | } ~ ]
The password must also contain no more than three repeating or sequential characters and must not contain a personal identifier (login/registration) or username (first name/last name).
