Use of filters

This article is intended for administrators.

Users with administrative rights or having direct/indirect reports on Elevo are required to use filters to optimize their use of Elevo.

📍 Location of the filters

General

It is possible to use the filters:

  • On the "Users" page,
  • On the "Audit" dashboard,
  • In the admin rights management page in the settings.

1:1 reviews and 360 feedback

It is possible to use the filters:

  • To add employees to a draft campaign,
  • to adding employees to an ongoing campaign,
  • In the list of reviews for a campaign,
  • In the analysis of the results of a campaign,
  • on the tracking page dedicated to managers.

People Review

It is possible to use the filters:

  • In the list of participants in a campaign,
  • In the analysis of the results of a campaign,
  • To add replacements in the dedicated modal,
  • In the action plan.

Training

It is possible to use the filters:

  • In the modal for creating a training request,
  • In the list of training requests,
  • In the Costs tab associated with a training session,
  • In the Participants tab associated with a training session.

Surveys

It is possible to use the filters:

  • To add employees to a draft campaign,
  • On the overall view page of the campaign,
  • on the detailed results page.

Skills

It is possible to use the filters:

  • In the list of users associated with a matrix.

✖️ Use of multiple filters

It is possible to select as many filters as desired on the products below:

  • 1:1 Reviews
  • Feedback 360
  • Training
  • People Review
  • Skills

💡 Note: On the "Follow-up" and "Results" campaign management pages associated with 1:1 Reviews and Feedback 360, a maximum of 5 filters have been imposed in order to preserve the performance of the application.
