Personality traits are the characteristics which make each person unique. Our personality questionnaires sketch a picture of a person's personality, and describe how someone typically acts and interacts across different situations over time. We have 5 different options for you to use:
Personality (QPN)
QPN is one of our most used, COTAN-certified instruments. It outlines a personality profile that can be used in both selection and development situations. It focuses on a persons' talents and traits. Read more
• Measures 5 characteristics, 20 talents
• The Big Five as a basis (same model as QPI)
• Reports the person's top 3 talents, or traits, or leadership roles
• Normative questions (possible answers: no!, no, ?, yes, yes!)
• Takes ± 20 min.

Personality (QPI)
QPI has an ipsative (forced choice) format, and is mostly used for development situations. Read more
• Measures 5 characteristics, 20 talents
• The Big Five as a basis (same model as QPN)
• Reports the person's top 3 talents
• Each question consists of 2 statements (ipsative questions)
• Takes ± 10 min.

MAP is one of our most used, DNV-certified instruments. It outlines a personality profile that can be used in both selection and development situations. It focuses is on a persons' competencies and traits. Read more
