When to use?

Why use?
The 360˚ feedback option offers a lot of value to the employee. After all, it is important that people see whether others experience their strengths in the same way as they do. The feedback confirms their self-image or shows qualities that they themselves had not expected, so that they are stimulated to investigate how they can use them more. How to use?
A feedback questionnaire is most valuable when the questionnaire is completed by the person requesting the feedback themselves and a small group of others, who have a good view of the person's performance from various angles (for example colleague, employee, manager).
