Processing times for Elevo Support requests

This article is intended for administrators.

Some key actions in the deployment of Elevo go through our Support in order to minimize what is done manually on your side.

You will find below the deadlines communicated by type of action.

⚠️ Warning : These deadlines are valid from receipt of the necessary elements prepared and finalized by you. These elements are detailed in the associated documentation.

Imports

👯 Users import

Processing time on receipt of elements: 3 working days

Steps required to complete the import :

  • View related documentation : Add, import or update users
  • Send the import template available in the documentation to our Support (support@elevo.io), completed with your information + following the format indicated for each column.

🎯 Objectives import

Processing time on receipt of elements: 3 working days

Steps required to complete the import :


📑 Past reviews import

Processing time on receipt of elements: 6 working days (3 working days to set up SFTP + 3 working days after submission of elements)

Steps required to complete the import :

1. SFTP creation :

  • View related documentation: Importing reviews to Elevo deployment
  • indicate a technical contact,
  • specify the address or range of IP addresses you will use to connect to our gateway,
    transmit an SSH public key that you will use to connect.

2. File deposit

  • Upload on the SFTP the import template available in the documentation to our Support (support@elevo.io), completed with your information + following the format indicated for each column.
  • Optional: upload associated PDF files.

🔁 Setting up ADP

Processing time on receipt of elements: 7 to 14 working days upon receipt of API credentials (step 6).

ADP contact procedure

  1. Contact your CS or Elevo Support,
  2. From your ADP (Siebel) eService interface → https://serviceportal.adp.com. Create a new Service Request (SR).
  3. Subject: ADP Marketplace: Elevo connector for Decidium activation
  4. Message: "Hello, We would like to activate the ADP Marketplace product to add the "Elevo connector for Decidium" application. Can you please forward this request to "Marketplace Client Support team". Best
  5. Once you have completed these steps, ADP should send you a signed Consent Form to return to them,
  6. They will then send us the API token (credentials), which is the key to the connection,
  7. Our Support team will then carry out a synchronization test and provide you with a test report.

📩 Setting up a SFTP sync

Steps required to set up SFTP :

1. SFTP creation

  • View related documentation: Synchronize users via SFTP
  • indicate a technical contact,
  • specify the address or range of IP addresses you will use to connect to our gateway,
  • transmit an SSH public key that you will use to connect.

  • Upload on the SFTP the import template available in the documentation to our Support (support@elevo.io), completed with your information + following the format indicated for each column.
